Dear Our Donors and Supporters,
The recent earthquake has been a devastating blow to Myanmar, and tragically, the death toll continues to rise. Amid the heartbreak, there is a small but important sign of progress: the SAC has accepted offers of international relief, and foreign response teams are now arriving in the country to provide much-needed assistance.
I'm relieved to share that the Studer Trust team and their families are safe and well. While our Teacher Training Centre was shaken, it did not sustain any serious damage. It’s still too early to assess the condition of all our school buildings, but as many are single-storey structures, we remain cautiously optimistic.
